Master Cleanse Day 2: Better!

I survived Day 2! Well, almost, since I still have a few hours left. I decided to stay inside my room the whole day to avoid temptations, Mom cooked when she got home and yes, it smelled soooo good! I didn't even bother to ask her what she cooked, I might get hungrier...

Today's better for me I think. After struggling to fall asleep last night, I finally got the sleep I needed at around 3AM this morning and woke up around 2PM . This time, instead of preparing the lemonade 8 oz at a time, I decided to make 32 oz so that I don't have to mix and mix everytime I run out of it.

I think that I have already gotten used to the taste of the lemonade and didn't feel like vomitting everytime I drink it. I have also gotten used to the spicy after taste in my throat, I didn't drink water after every gulp.

They said I needed to drink herbal laxative tea in the morning and in the evening, my Mom forgot to buy me some yesterday, she's at Walmart right now and she should be getting me one box. Hopefully, this will make me poop 2-3 times a day and this should help flush out the toxins from my intestines.

I wonder how it would feel knowing that I didn't eat anything for 2 days? I mean, how it would feel like to poop without eating anything solid... Good luck!

I cannot wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning! Let's see how much weight I lost this time, I am keeping track of it through an Excel file I made aptly named: BRINGING SEXY BACK!

So what happens after I get past 3 days? I will celebrate! Bwahaha! Kidding! I will try to reach 5 days! My parents are really worried about my health and they are forcing me to eat something. After staying inside my room the whole day, I finally decided to go out and say Hi to my parents. My Dad was worried sick, he told me that he was about to ask my Mom to check on me, "Akala ko kase nanghina ka na, baka nanlalambot ka na dyan!"

Believe me, 3 days is already an achievement for me. For those who know me, I would be really eager to start something like go to the gym regularly, exercise regularly, no soda, no yosi, no rice, but I would usually end up going back to my old ways. This time, is really very challenging for me knowing how much I love food, how much I love to cook! Funny tasting lemonade for 3 straight days is no joke for a person like me! =)

Thank God for helping me through Day 2, now I am off to bed, I know day 3 should be a lot better and easier for me! =)
