Pa-pa-panera Bread!

It was only my second time, Mom and I decided to eat there after we went to Ross and Bed Bath and Beyond. I was craving for their Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad which Mommy brought home last week.

As always, I love the interior of the place, cozy. Perfect lighting actually for an intimate lunch or dinner, there are booths good for 2 people only but Mom and I sat on the one good for 4 people, I think we need more space for the food we're ordering.

You would see people sitting outside, enjoying the sun, the weather was great, not too hot and not too cold. We chose to sit inside, I wasn't really ready to get a farmer's tan. Hehehehe!

I missed their Broccoli Cheddar Soup so I'm definitely going to have that. I have really bad eyesight so I had a tough time choosing which Panini to order, Mom ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad, they also have the sandwich variety of that by the way, I should try it next time.

I decided to order the Chicken with Dijon Panini, grilled panini with mozzarella I think, grilled chicken, bacon and Dijon dressing which Mommy thought tasted like something with Ginger. I liked it, I think I may have ordered it the first time I ate at Panera in Cali.

I love their Caesar dressing, it wasn't too sour for my taste and I love their generous serving of shaved Parmesan cheese on their salad. The Broccoli Cheddar soup is extra thick and creamy which makes it really filling. Both salad and soup came with room temperature sourdough baked in the shape of a French bread, it was a little tough but still good. I like dipping it in the soup.

Our meal is good for 3 people and we were expecting that we might have some of it to go. I guess we ate everything, this should be our early dinner.

Simot sarap! =) Thanks again Mommy! Love yah!
