25 Random Things about me!

Rules: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it's because I want to know more about you.

25 Things:

1.) I woke up at 2PM today, I have a very irregular sleeping habit that started when I moved to Alabama, there are times I can sleep early and wake up early but that would be very rare.

2.) I love love my niece Ysabella! =) I have several other nieces and nephews from my cousins that I also adore but she is the first one I have from one of my siblings, Patty's unica hija.

3.) I still live with my parents, it's a Filipino thing and I really do not mind.

4.) I am currently on an indefinite leave from work. *wink! wink!* I am spending my time trying so so hard to lose weight and have no excuse not to since my Dad just purchased a treadmill for us to use.

5.) I am a good cook, yes, I can confidently say that I am a VERY GOOD COOK! =) Most of my recipes are off of foodnetwork.com, it's really just a matter of following instructions, common sense and knowing what taste you like and being creative.

6.) I love make up! Everything I know about make up, I learned from YouTube. Check it out: MakeUpGeek.com My fave brands are MAC, Make Up For Ever, Urban Decay and I love going to Sephora. I am a believer of natural beauty but it wouldn't hurt to enhance your assets. =)

7.) I love shoes and bags! Although I buy high heels, you would rarely see me wear them and usually just end up in my closet. I usually buy big bags, it's easier for me to just stuff everything inside. Friends usually complain about how heavy my bag is, as if I ask them to carry it! Hahahaha!

8.) I write blogs. I started when I was in the Philippines and would just post songs or whatever lines or quotes I like then began posting real and original entries when I moved to the US, it's a good outlet to release stress from work and homesickness. I am currently in the process of compiling everything and putting it in just one blog site.

9.) I love theme parks! I am scared of heights though and I hate roller coasters but either I am such a push over or ma-pride that when my friends ask me to ride with them on those big ass roller coasters, I let them talk me into it or when my younger cousins are all riding, siyempre kakahiya naman kung duduwag-duwag si ATE APPLE.

10.) I am afraid of heights. There was one time in college when we were doing a class project at Thea's condo, nagkayayaan to go to the helipad. Everyone was so excited and I didn't even make it halfway up the stairs because I was so effin' scared and they thought I was joking the entire time! Hahahahaha!

11.) I am a shopaholic. Retail therapy for me is not just shopping for clothes, bags and shoes, I also love grocery shopping, I actually like it the most! Whenever I'm at WalMart or wherever, I make sure I visit EVERY aisle! I get excited at the sight of perfectly marbled chuck roast and take time to decide which breakfast sausage link to get.

12.) I LOVE Popeye's Chicken more than KFC and Church's, I can eat their food EVERYDAY!

13.) I am a Daddy's Girl and my #1 BFF is my Mom. I chat with my sister and niece almost every night and even though I rarely see my brother home, we still get Mondays to bond. I love hanging out with my cousins, I am very close to my family. =)

14.) I love watching CSI, Cold Case, Without a Trace, Law and Order, Unsolved Mysteries, Cold Case files, are you getting the type of shows I watch? Yes, at one point, I wanted to be a detective or a part of FBI or CIA.

15.) I like playing online games, only the ones in Facebook though. I like Yoville, Sorority Life, myFarm, Farm Town. My sister says I'm so immature, I say it's never too late to do things you want even if it's a little age inappropriate. I am not the only one anyways! And these are mature games since Facebook doesn't allow anyone below 18 to sign up! HMPH!

16.) I have accounts in other social networks: Multiply, Friendster and MySpace. I maintain 2 accounts on Friendster, they had a limit before on the number of friends so I had to make another one. I was in Training before and met a lot of people which explains the high number of friends in my list. Miss Congeniality. =)

17.) When I am good and nice, I am very very nice but when I'm bad, I'm better. Smiley face and cheerful but you wouldn't want to mess with me.

18.) I believe in KARMA, what goes around, comes around.

19.) I am scared of needles, injection or whatever. When I was young, nurses had to chase me around the ER just to give me my shots. They were successful because they had to pin me down the bed and strap me. They had to inject my butt since I wouldn't stop moving even if they were able to tie me down. How embarassing... I am planning to get a tattoo though so wish me luck!

20.) I am very street smart but I can say that I was also good in academics, if I felt like studying, I really study hard.

21.) When I was really really young, I wanted to be a doctor. When I was in middle school, I wanted to be a lawyer, I enjoyed winning debates! Then I wanted so bad to audition for AngTV and was even practicing a song number and waiting for my Lola to take me to the audition. I never made it to the audition but I decided to take up Media Production in college because I wanted to be on TV. I said I like to be behind the scenes, a writer maybe. A week after I graduated from college, I worked for a call center. =)

22.) I used to love to draw and paint. My Lola was very supportive of me that she made me join a Crayola painting contest in Glorietta when I was in middle school. =) I did not win but I got to keep the magic pens I used! Hehehehe!

23.) I studied ballet when I was in elementary, stayed for less than 3 months. I then shifted to Karate when I was in middle school, got promoted then I quit. In high school, I played badminton and volleyball but really spent more time in basketball until I graduated. I wanted to try out for basketball in college but didn't go through with it. By 3rd year college, I was into dragon boat rowing, did that until I graduated, that was the best sport for me, I was in my best form when I was doing dragon boat rowing.

24.) My favorite part when I was still handling Applied Learning Lab/Training was the setting expectations and getting to know you part. I got to display my talent in remembering names as early as the first day I met the class. =)

25.) I took a test on Facebook and it revealed that I am getting married in 4 years and 1 month. I took the test a week ago, so one week down out of the 4 years and 1 month.

There are still more but they only asked for 25! Hehehehehe! =)
