Bellita's Day Out

I have been asking my sister when Bella's next play date would be because we have been planning to do it for the past weeks but it always ends up getting canceled. We finally got to do it last Wednesday even if 2 of the kids weren't able to make it. :( I really wanted to go because, first, it would be the first time I'd get to tag along my niece's play date, second, because I love the venue! ahahahaah!

We met up with Krissy, Patty's college barkada, and her nephew Sage at Gymboree Serendra. Yes, Serendra! I have only been there once and I really wanted to go back because I have been craving for Sonia's Cupcakes! Hee hee! Our priority of course is Bella's playdate so we spent an hour at Gymboree.


Tita looks like she's having a great time! Hehehehehe! We had the place to ourselves and they weren't that strict with the number of adult companions per child even if the sign says only one per baby! Ahehehehe! The place was okay, it wasn't as big as we expected it to be, and at Php 320.00 per hour, uhm, we should've went to Alabang instead but it's okay. Sage was so cute, he kept calling Bella's name! Hee hee!

After an hour of running around with the kids, and since I didn't have lunch that day, we decided to go around and find a place to eat. I was sooo hungry that when we passed by Conti's, I had to get some of their meat pies and food for the gods. I bought 4pcs each of tuna, chicken, and ham pies plus cheese puffs as well. Oh and I had to try their food for the gods also so I got one box. I spent about Php 340, the meat pies are around Php each and the box of food for the gods is around Php 95, I forgot though how many pieces were inside. We ate everything the following day. Yum!


I didn't get to take pics of what's inside, hee hee! Next time I will! Hehehehe!

And of course, how could I pass up on some orgasmic Sonia's Cupcakes while I was there?? I had to have their carrot cupcake which I believe they call Bugs Bunny or something? The topping is sooo good and goes so well with the carrot cake base, yum! I also tried 2 chocolate cupcakes, one was the flourless chocolate cake one and the other was the one with the Nutella center, forgive me for I forgot the names. A cupcake at Sonia's would range from Php 68 to Php 110, a bit pricey but I say it's okay to indulge every now and then! :)


Yummy! I will definitely go back for more! Woohoo!

Dinner for that day was at KFC in Market Market which was right across Serendra. We had the usual 2 pc. meal with mashed potato and corn, we usually have coleslaw but it was out of stock. Mom wanted to try the new Twister but she had to wait for 15minutes and we were starving! Maybe next time! ;)

It was a tiring but fun day! We should definitely do this again, I wonder where the next play date will be? Hee hee!
